some facts regarding the term fresno

Google gives 2.350.000 searches,
Overture 55680 without
and 68 with extension
being online since 1997, fresno.org has been used as a portal for the greater fresno area.
It still has a very good linkpopularity and probably still gets traffic

Any further comments on value or potential endusers (anybody from Fresno here ?) appriciated.

Fresno is a popular city AND county here in California. I'm not from Fresno. I'm about three hours North of Fresno.

Domain value ~$500-1000 on the open market. Possibly a few times that if the right developer came along.

All from Google! The last two with asterisks (*), look at those awful domain names ... they are SCREAMING for help from you, IMHO. Talk to them, and work out something with their "non-profit" nature in mind ... $725 - $975+, IMHO. Certainly, you could start higher, but I believe you could quickly turn these into sales to the degree of your reasonableness (Asking price), as I see it.
Less in wholesale, but still *worthy* ... especially if there's a domainer FROM Fresno.

Yes, I must agree that this is a good domain name! Suits the .org well, $100+ wholesale, and if a potential developer comes along, it maybe able to fetch a $400.00 figure!
