It is ok, if you develop yourself, but, again, for resale, it should have been EZFlip or FlipIt, but not both.
And just because flippa made a brand out of "flip", it does not necessarily make it a good word for a marketplace. Buyers don't like that a seller made quick profit on them )
I purchased this name last night before I even knew what flippa was! I thought it up because I was listing items for someone on eBay, so I thought of EzFlipit.com

It is not bad if someone is going to make a course or lecture on how to flip things (houses, domains, antiques etc.). For "radio test", well lyft.com would fail it too, but it is still very good one ) And, if you want to keep it, then try to get easyflipit.com too as a combo.
Also, don't capitalize parts of it, as it is not good for "i" in "it", - it starts looking like small "L"...
Thanks for the information, I still am kinda clueless to it all but I'm learning , so that's much appreciated. I'm gonna do a lot more research before I buy another lol
Good luck ) While you learn, stick to .com. Good acronyms, meaningful and correct 2 worders, rarely 3 worders (like domainnamesale), short and nicely sounding brandables. For .net and .org it has to be really high quality acronym or word to be worth it.
