Picked up the following domains in the last hour. Shown is what I paid for them, and what the equivalent .com
is appraised for at GoDaddy.

Extravaganza.live 4.99 GoDaddy Appraisal $23,769
EasyCredit.today 1.99 GoDaddy Appraisal $17,825
CarCare.today 1.99 GoDaddy Appraisal $17,825
JunkYard.life 1.99 Godaddy Appraisal $25,000+

Totals: paid $10.96 GoDaddy Appraisal $84,419

While I plan on using GD's appraisal for a value comparison for the end user, at this point I only care how the following reads; "Extravaganza Live", "Easy Credit Today", "Car Care Today", and "Junk Yard Life"

Anyone care to take a shot based on the information provided? Thanks

I am not really sure how .COM appraisals are relevant to far less popular extensions.

Those appraisals are also very low on some of them. CarCare.com and Junkyard.com would certainly sell for more than those appraisals. I would pay more myself.

So you're saying you would be dishonest with the end users? Using .com appraisals for those domains? Because those actually appraise at:

$454
$473
$233
$1,321

So you're back for more are ya? I would suggest you go back to GoDaddy to see what he "equivalent .coms" appraise for? That must have gone way over your head:xf.grin:...and you're accusing me of being dishonest?

You don't have the .coms, so it's irrelevant. The names you do have, I posted the GD appraisals. If you were to reach out to end users trying to sell those names, using .com appraisals and not mentioning that, it would be fraud.

If you have to use the .com appraisals to get attention for your ntld domains, then that tells you all you need to know about their value. Also if you marketed those false appraisals to end users then you’d be scammer, so as a fellow domainer I recommend you don’t do that.

Best of luck

Harrington...I said a long time ago how screwed up this industry is, and some of you took offense. As a business person, I can assure you I have 10 times the integrity of the average domainer, and it all started with the JOKE called GoDaddy. Stay tuned:xf.eek:

Another thing Harrington...I'm confused, so if you agree that GoDaddy's appraisals are false, who might the REAL SCAMMER BE? Bottom line, .coms are appraised way too high, and equivalent nTLD's are barely even appraised. As a pretty savvy business guy, I plan to exploit that huge inequity:xf.grin:
