Im not selling but if I was hypothetically speaking what do you think my website and business would be worth...

Right now I get around 200-300 visitors aday and make around $300-$500 in sales for membership and adsence income combind per month...

90% of the income is from selling memberships to the site.

I was thinking the value of the site/domain name/software with source code and script to be around $5000-$6000 right now..

But don't think I would sell at this time.. but never know.
