Experienced Adobe Photoshop Dreamweaver HTML/CSS Web Designer wanted

I am looking for a very experienced web designer who is experienced with PSD/HTML/CSS web design using the latest Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Dreamweaver. It's a major plus if you are familiar with Javascript, PHP, etc. Please send me a PM with your portfolio and samples of your HTML/CSS work (please no HTML5/WordPress samples). This project will be fun and for now I am looking for only 10 pages, or so. Fully customized. Very detailed.
If you have a background, that's a major plus but for now this is mainly only front end work.
