Single-word dictionary .NETs with positive associations can go for a few thousand on a good day. Safest to assume a max retail price under $5k on this one. The odds go up if priced under $2.5k. And up still higher under $1k.

I've sold a few for more than $5k, but "exhilirate" is one of those tricky-to-spell words (thanks to the "h"). And it doesn't have obvious applications.

If you'd like lists of past .NET sales during 3 separate, arbitrarily selected week-long periods, you'll find that data in some of my Flippa auctions for .NET domains. Scroll down to the comments section for something like Blackeye.net and you'll see the numbers I'm talking about. By the way, I'm not trying to push that auction necessarily. I just happened to be looking at it prior to writing this, and it contains relevant sales data.

With that being said.. if I was to push this to auction what would you set a reserve on it at? Or what should be my bottom on this domain?

The best-case price will probably only happen if a buyer approaches you and really wants the domain.

Domains with obvious applications for development or which have a large number of interested buyers -- those do best in an auction setting. Yours is more of a brandable item, and it probably won't fare as well in that environment. You might just have 1 bidder.

Your minimum price is really up to you. I wouldn't sell that domain below $100 under any circumstances. But it's not a guaranteed sale at any price point above that.

Anyone else's opinion? What would be BOTTOM DOLLAR you would accept if this was yours?

I wouldnt take below $200, but unless you find a very interested end user I dont think you will get over $1000.
