advice Exchanging / Swaping domain names!

I need some advice! I recently inquired about a premium 4 letter domain name (CVCV) and a real word. I put forward $20k as an offer and the respondent said this is too low.

I then asked if they want to do an exchange for a 3 letter .com. The respondent is interested but wants to know how the swap can take place. Thinking about it... I am not too sure how!

Has anybody done a domain name exchange / swap before? How do we do this using some sort of Escrow?

Buyer and seller just need to have the domain at Epik.com. We do the swap. Since there is no cash payment, there is also no commission.

One question, if for example one side of the transaction entails cash + domain and the other side just domain - is there commission to pay on the cash part? Also is this even possible?

If the buyer is paying via bank transfer, no commission.

I am in contact with your buyer. It turns out that we actually know him well, and will hopefully get him all set up before he jets out of country with his wife for a round the world trip. We'll do what we can!
