Hi All, this is the second of a few threads I am posting as a long time "in-active" member looking to become "active" here.
Criteria:
Domain: OrlandoEntertainment.net
Age: Orig 2007 (Drop/Re-regstrd 2013 - understand w/ good domains age is not essential - see Aprsl)
Appraisal: $200 (though worth MUCH more to businesses!)
BIN: $100
Registrar: Godaddy
Bonus?: Very Much So!
This domain is orlandoentertainment (.) net, a recently re-registered domain with a 7 year history and a GREAT domain for one of the most popular entertainment cities in the states, including such favorites as DisneyWorld and Universal Studios Orlando.
This is a very good domain for not only local travel agencies there but, since Orlando is such a sought after vacation destination, can be used by any Travel Agency World-Wide!
In addition, many other businesses would benefit and have an interest, or, can even be used as a directory to be rented out to. :gn:
With over 90,000 Exact Match searches for the term Orlando and about a thousand EXACT Match Local searches per month specifically for this keyword alone, and with a $1.37 CPC, this keyword indeed attracts a crowd & could be monitized in a variety of ways, including as an Adsense earner.
. (did you catch that search volume for Orlando...90K - EXACT MATCH LOCAL ).
The .com version of this is currently available for purchase on Domize as a Premium domain for over $18,000 and has an Estibot conservative Appraisal of $1,800.00
This domain is the 2nd of the TLDs for this keyword and has a very conservative Estibot appraisal of $200 (though worth MUCH more to businesses or those w/ plans to utilize)
This can be picked up here now for half this appraisal and can be immediately turned around and sold on other domain forums such as DNF/Flippa for much closer to the actual value..... or even better yet, sold to not only local agencies & biz in Florida, but travel agents world-wide for a much higher premium, well into the thousands! :imho:
