Exact searches v domain/website

Hi,

I see lots of post's where having a "mini site" developed using the exact searches yealds traffic.
Yet how can having the exact term yeald you profit from a mini site? It won't list you as page 1 for the term on a mini site.So its only benefit is type in, or same as parking?

Not true... I've seen many mini sites in certain niches that not only list you on page 1, but right at the top or 2nd or 3rd....I guess the key is having a "good" mini site done by someone experienced...It's definitely not the same as parking, with minisites, you actually get indexed in google, whearas in parking, you usually don't....

So the reccomendation is keywords, with little competition?

Yes, That is my goal... I use the google adwords tool almost daily... and I always set it to "exact" searches.....
