I tend to like names like EverySteps.com, but the problem is that it is grammatically wrong. It should be EveryStep.com - if it were, the value would definitely be there (4+ figures). As is, I find the name very annoying on the ear to read/hear and I don't see much if any value. $Regfee.
RelaxPants.com is also grammatically wrong (should be RelaxationPants.com or perhaps something related to Relaxed Fit Pants), but it could still be used as a brandable. The comparisons you gave are comparing apples to oranges since those are actual terms used for products - nobody uses the term "Relax Pants" and as thus it isn't a product/keyword domain, but rather a keyword-based brandable. Its one saving grace is the fact that the wellness/exercise industry is strong, which I feel this does slot into. Unfortunately, it is very niche so it could be very difficult to find a buyer without selling cheap. I see it as regfee - low $xx for reseller and high $xx - mid $xxx for enduser, if you can find one.
Hope this helps!
