Sometimes I just want to use my fists on something...like the wall. I don't hurt people but I certainly love to occassionally throw a fit and go all out. One of my favorites was when I had an old printer that was HUGE...well it didn't print well and one day I got so frustrated that in front of my staff (about 8 people) I went and got a bat then demolished the thing to smithereens. It makes me feel good just remembering it. Yeah I destroyed a $1000 printer but the emotional release was well worth it.

Anyways..tonight I feel like I need to smash something but dammit...can't.

Anyone else have a story?

:( built up anger is not good imo, have you thought of talking to anyone about why you have so much anger?

most likely chemical imbalance :)

I been to therapy..didn't help me too much. I am gonna try and get a chill pill prescription soon. I just had a beer and I feel better now.

Printers work out expensive after a while ;)

Ahh...just made a $1500 sale too. Now I really feel much better. Nothing like money to spark a good mood.

I threw my printer out the window...it didn't print. Later i figured out why and could of fixed it but it was in too many pieces.Fun though :d
Have to admit i like smashing things(old things or those that don't work, so no use to anyone else) , but i'm not an angry person.

Well I ain't really an angry person either. Just one with a short temper and built up frustration. Actually I am pretty mellow now that I sold my retail business and moved out of NYC. Life is pretty good..doesn't mean I still can't get ticked off though.

I am a super chilled out person, but sometimes I think its worse to be like that as it means when you do go, its really bad. I managed to break my hand punching a door (long story involving alcohol) about four years ago. It was stupid (very) but the crook in my hand by my little finger always serves to remind me to stay calm nowadays. Also, as Mellow said, sport is a great release- much better to kick a ball than a head IMHO.

I've had my moments, tho not in years.. kicked a car door in (cost me a relationship), threw a lawn mower in the lake our house backed up to (cost me another relationship), completely trashed a room full of furniture (cost me yet another relationship).. and now, I never get outwardly angry becuase it certainly has never paid off in the past.

I always feel like throwing slow PCs out of the window when it doesn't respond or takes 10 minutes to do EVERYTHING.
