Well I started off with a pre-reg list at my registrar of 468 names. That list has now dwindled to only 26 names for the "rush" tomorrow. I dont even have the slightest chance obviously. Also what irks me especially (just as Kev says) is the Parknet BV issue. It so happens that out of the 468 names I had preregged 187 of them have now been allocated to Parknet BV. Parknet BV ,VOF Internet Providers ,Blixem Internet Services and a few other names are all owned by one Ronnie Broekman. I even sent an email to Eurid again and to Price Waterhouse Coopers pointing out what Parknet BV is up to and provided proof and some links to articles that show that they have been up to the same tricks in the past with the .NL extension. Not a word or whisper of a reply. I even sent a mail to Parknet BV themselves accusing them of using unethical methods for getting domains and used a few strong words to get my disaproval across., Even they did not bother to reply or deny. I am sure that the possibility excists that Eurid and Price Waterhouse Coopers all have dirty hands and are possibly profiting from this themselves. Or they accept a kickback from Parknet BV
Anyway this could cause .EU to never reach the heights that were envisioned for it. The whole Eurid thing is crooked and run by either total incompetents or crooks.
