domain Estimating value of a domain not in English but with English characters

Hello all! I have a question for the experts on here.
I am looking at a domain name that is a one (1) word, ten (10) characters long .COM domain name and a popular keyword... BUT for it's a different language/county. It is spelled using English characters. How do you go about pricing it or figuring out what it's worth?

I would look at the following metrics - How many speak the language (many are good) - Is the name registered in the language's home country (it is a must) - Is it in use (yes is good) - Is it a name that has global brand appeal ( yes is good) - How many searches have the name in google and are there ads on the name - What would it cost if it was in English (the higher the better)

Personally, I would never consider a name in a language I did not know well

Thank you for such a quick response. The reason I do go after the other language is because I do speak it and I was raised there so I was hoping I could "try" to use that as an advantage.
I do know that the language is spoken by a little over 13 million people.
The ccTLD is taken and parked. The equivalent translation in English is worth over $200k it translates to "For Rent" or "You Rent". The owner of the ccTLD was interested in the .COM so he can own both. Not sure how long he has held on to the county code domain.

I'm from Denmark and in Danish it would be called "Til leje" - It is registered in Danish but not in use, so I would not buy it in .com - It is owned by Huge Domains who would like $3,295 for it (good luck with that)

Okay. VERY similar country size and also in Europe. I appreciate the help. I was in Denmark in February and loved it. Will visit again sometime.
