Nice catch. Many congratulations on that. It is highly brandable. This name was originally registered in 2001. Previous owners didn’t develop it properly. Estibot’s estimation is never accurate though; worth mid-high $xxx undeveloped, imo.

Just noticed that Estibot appraised ToList.com at $2700, yet tolist.com is at $540. So I guess capitalizing first letter of words makes a difference.

This is a decent brandable but it's not worth anything like as much as the Estibot appraisal suggests, unless you find a motivated end user with deep pockets. Reseller value is low to mid $xx in current market conditions IMO although you could get more (or less) if you place it in auction. Best of luck with it.

I would not say it's hugely premium. Basically it's just two generic keywords sticked together. However it's taken in .net and .info. So there is a possible end user maybe. I do not feel it's worth more than $$ though. Put yourself in the shoes of an end user: would you pay $2700 for it ?

Try this. List it for sale in an auction here on namepros. $1 starting bid. I would not expect it to get to $10 but based on some of the folks in here it should. If I got anything higher that $15 for it, I would run with it. The trouble is that I am not sure what to do with it. As was mentioned before, it is just a string of popular words that requires a stretch(marketing) to make sense. Good luck and hope that all the cheerleaders here would be willing to put their money where there mouth is. I am afraid they won't. Prove me wrong!!!

This domain has some history on archive.org, so [me thinks] at least it has a good SEO chance. If you are to develop it, try looking for phrases that start with "to-list" and go on from there. Check out what others have done in the past with this domain and try something similar maybe. I'd agree with other's estimations of mid $XX, but if you develop some of its SEO potential and sell to and end user you could maybe get $XXX, who knows, maybe more.
