Hello all. Estibot appraised AaseSyndrome.com for &1,400. Do you guys agree with that appraisal? Thanks in advance.

It's a very rare disease from what I can see so the potential for development by an end user is low.

Estibot generally overstates keyword domain .coms by 10x so a $1400 appraisal is closer to $140 in true value.

Having said that, you will not find a reseller value in this at all so I would say reg fee.

I have to agree that this is probally a low xx name. Just cant see any reason for a premium value over reg fee.

I've found that estibot's values of some of my names is close to the minimum competitive amount i would accept if i got an offer on the name.If there really is something like "Aase Syndrome", then i'd say this name is probably worth no less than high $xxx to end user.
