Ack, I was screwed by LeaseComm too! Four year lease and they wouldn't stop charging me even after my contract was up. One of the worst two companies I've ever dealt with!! Grrrr....

Leasing is the worse decision you can make. Not even worth the write off. If you want the write off buy the car personally and lease it to your company.

due to this site (and a lot of ppl helping us), we were able to bring down leasecomm and get them fined 25 million dollars by the FTC!

took us about 2 years, but it was worth it!
