I'm selling this site that is already established for some months.

WTS for $25 (preferably Paypal). Domain is at Namecheap.
It gets about 100 visitors a month currently, and earns mainly through Adsense. Currently, I took off Adsense, but the default placement is very optimized. I have NOT touched the site for months, otherwise it would most probably have 500+ visitors/month at least, by now.
Site is very easy to manage - does not use a database. It NEEDS articles, that's all. Articles can be added VERY EASILY. Just add articles and the traffic will increase - 99% Guaranteed.
Other features:
- Light on server load - no database req
- Easy to add articles, with wysiwyg editor
- Can use YPN or Amazon ads as well
- Updating relevant news feeds on the homepage to keep homepage fresh
Reasons for selling:
Lack of time and interest to grow the site. Want to use the money to renew other domains I have.
If you are looking for an ESTABLISHED niche site on antiques, this site is just right for you. Most turnkey sites here are new, but this one is not new, already long established and indexed.
