I’m selling a site in the home loan niche. It was created with search engine friendly design, titles and navigation. This is a completely handwritten website with 10 unique and original articles.
This site used to be a PR1 but I’ve lost it because I didn’t do any promotion to the site. Even then, it is getting between 30 –70 unique visitors a month. There are unlimited potential for this website for the right owner.
This is an auction, but the first person to BIN gets the site and domain name. The domain is over 2 years old and is registered at Godaddy so itt’s a free transfer. You will need a free Godaddy account for me to transfer the domain name to you. No I won't transfer to other registrars.
Starting Bid - $60
Min Increments - $10
End Date – 5 Days From Listing Date or with BIN
BIN - $150
Payment – Within 24 hours WITH PAYPAL ONLY. If you delay then the site will go to the next highest bidder, no exceptions.
