Can someone point me to the specific rules on how the "established" moniker is given out?

You're still considered an Established Member, but only the highest-priority title will appear with your username next to each post. You can see all your automatic titles here under the Account header: https://www.namepros.com/members/way3.1029585/#info You'll still receive any permissions and privileges associated with that title.
