Okay I lurk Established Sites For Sale
and noticed a posting and read through it..(in opinion a wordy pitch to get PM's) so I checked out cause thought it was a rule violation..

and clicked on the Websites For Sale Guide
and came across this..

1. Title - Include “WTS,” your website’s domain name, niche, and minimum price or BIN for more results.
a. e.g. WTS - ExampleSiteForSale.com - Beauty Products - BIN $2,500 "


okay here my point..if you check out that section of the forum Established Sites For Sale , I only notice one title that has a "minimum price or BIN for more results"

so is that "minimum price or BIN for more results" a rule or suggestion?

Would love to see a price in the title for postings in the Established Sites For Sale, it would save a lot of time lurking
