@AEProgram I think you're about right there, quite a few big brands use the "essentials" word for sub-brands, and it could be applied to many things, from education to household goods, fashion to news or consumer journalism.

Maybe there's a deal to be done with seller financing or equity in the resulting site. For now, they've been unused for over a decade, so thinking; do we sell or create a new business and brand with them?

I am not a trade expert (yet ) so I am not going to venture an estimated exact number. However, I wanted to congratulate you on possessing such a valuable name. I have read your post on another thread and, from my research, I thoroughly agree with your rationale for choosing and holding this name, "essentials" as a noun -always used in plural, over the related adjective.

I am sure the right end user (your "unicorn" buyer) would pay seven figures for it. Of course, these names can take a long time and expert negotiation to be sold to such users, so, offering it to large investors like you are doing in the "Top domains" section seems a good strategy if you are ready to let it go for a reasonable investor price -serious investors do pay well for gems, I have read.
