Hi, I'm totally new at this. What do you think this pair is worth? (I also have the trademarks rights.)

Per your template:

1. Acquisition Reason: This domain was used for a firewall security company that we acquired. That company was a pioneer in its space.

2. Markets: Has been used for internet security but I think it would be put to better use for some kind of software e-commerce play.

3. Research: Full legal search into rights. At the time of purchase 3 years ago, the domain was in active use by a venerable (but failing) business.

4. End-User Value: I dunno. Over $8.6K?

5. Reseller Value: $3K? It comes up on estibot at $8.6K.

6. Traffic: Small. We don't even have anything parked there right now. We had the domain redirect to our main domain, but I sold that company two weeks ago...

7. Revenue: None. Not trying.

8. Age: Old. '90's vintage.

9. Miscellaneous: Want to sell this year so that I can wind down the remaining company.

I like them, I would say high xxxx to low xx,xxx for enduser, and probably around 1k on wholesalemarket

We have registered the trademark re selling network security products. The scope may need to be expanded for other end users.

The domain pair is very good branding-wise, but the real money could be in the TM and the accumulated good faith.
So it could make more sense to sell the domains along with TM rights. Because if I were to acquire the name from you, I would probably use it more or less in the same field, but I don't want to clash with an existing TM.
