I was wondering what ProtectMy.info was worth (or if it was worth anything at all). I know its not technically a hack, but its kind of like one.

I know that .info does not have a terrible amount of value, but it cost me 1.00, so not much of a loss, and I kind of like it.

would it appeal to some type of security company that deals with information protection? haha

Nice domain hack. You should for sure be able to get the regfee back of $1 back... but resale value is something in the $x - low $xx range.

I think this is a really cool domain hack- but you really have to get lucky with these kind of names. Like you said, your ideal buyer is in the business of securing personal information (whether physical or digital, maybe WHOIS protection, etc.). Good luck either way.

Thanks! I actually saw that the domain had dropped (I cant remember where). Its actually 3 years old according to webconfs.com. I intend to sell it, but im in no rush. It was only a buck to register.
