Not sure on fees, but I think they offer a 'concierge' service so might be worth googling 'escrow concierge service' or something similar and it should be easy enough to find.

Escrow.com Fees is the link or their fee calculator.

Thank you for asking the question. Much discussion has been going on about commissions in general with the various marketplaces. Escrow.com does seem to make a decent effort to provide transparency their fees, including their online fee calculator.

1) Basic information provided currently on their site:

Transaction Amount (Merchandise + Shipping)StandardConciergePayment Processing Fee
$0-$5,0003.25% ($10.00 minimum)6.5% ($100.00 minimum)Standard or Concierge fee + 3.05%
$5,000.01-$25,000$162.50 + 0.26% of amount over $5000$325 + 0.52% of amount over $5000Not available
$25,000.01 +0.89%1.78%Not available

2) Payment method important caveats Paypal and Credit Card additional fee:

The 3.25% applies to someone paying with a check, money order, or DOMESTIC wire.
An additional 3.05% is added for credit card or Paypal transactions, for payment processing.

3) Foreign Bank Wire Additional Fee:
And an additional $25 International Bank Wire fee:

If the wire transfer is being sent to Escrow.com from an International Bank, an additional $25.00 fee is added on to the Escrow fee of the transaction. The party who is paying the Escrow fee will be responsible for the $25.00 fee, as well. No additional fee is added if the wire is sent from a domestic bank.

4) Disbursement fees, with processing times cited on their website:

Wire Transfer (U.S.)1 Business day $10.00 Wire/Bank Transfer (Outside U.S.)3-5 Business days$20.00
Electronic Check (ACH), U.S. only 3 Business days No charge

5) Additional Miscellaneous Fees:
The Seller is responsible for:
  • Taxes
  • Customs
  • Import fees
6) Limitations with certain payments:
There are also Limitations on Credit Card and Paypal Payments, worth reading.

So, you see that It's not as simple an answer of being a 3.25% fee for most domain sales, especially if it involves an international buyer. Hope this helps you! Thanks, again, for the question!
