lmao.. But more seriously, one of the points of my post was being able to manage my domains and do things myself (self-serve). I'll take you up on your offer in the future perhaps.

Also, disappointing that you completely swept my comment under the carpet. I'd prefer if you'd (and if you do intend to) address my points here for everyone else's benefit.

But then you also need to train your support agents to not simply give a link to your KB which outlines the steps to manage the domain (including unlock and transfer steps) when those steps do NOT apply to expired domains.

That's great. How do I get this review (and also any tips on ensuring that the grace period is maximized?)

As for submitting emails to Support, unfortunately emails can get flagged as spam and not hit our inbox from time to time. Is that ideal, not at all but that is a rare occurrence. If that has happened to you more than once, we need to review your email and make sure we get it whitelisted on our side.

I don't know why it happened but it has happened more than once. And no, I don't think my e-mail was flagged as spam since I did get a reply from Rob a week after I'd sent the e-mail. I emailed Rob cos I did not know who else to e-mail and I had his e-mail address from a previous interaction. I did not obviously expect Rob to reply right away of course (he's busy) but I was desperate at that time due to the circumstances at that time.

I did get the issue resolved via chat eventually but I don't prefer chat as it usually takes ~30-45 minutes of chat and I don't necessarily have that amount of available time. In some cases, I get sidetracked and the agent obviously disconnects as they cannot sit around waiting for me (this last point is not a concern). I also cannot phone as I'm not in the same country as Epik and international calling is prohibitively expensive for me.

They are not getting our emails. Something is broken there at their end. Always ask in chat first.

If you have any problems, you can also send PM me.

If you are a company and you have customers. And you want to serve customers. Then make your customer service channels functional.

No customer in the world should google "which random forum in internet should i find in order to find there whom i need to PM there in order to get my issue solved". No, they should get a support right at your site. Chat or email.

Please tell it to your bosses as well.

I started alphabetically and I missed some good names, but this was a good exercise..
