why did you in the first place think its a 5 figure domain?
and did the buyer come up with a high offer?
what was your negotiating tactic?

I have been putting my BIN at 5K, though I have been offered less from investors, and I may have considered them, but if I dont need the money that badly, I would rather wait til I get at least 5K each.
