Epassporte (.com)?

I notice some PPC systems and Affiliate setups require electronic payment via Epassporte, which looking at the website, seems to be a PayPal clone. Signup seems to require you giving over your credit card details. Does anyone recommend Epassporte? Do they have a good reputation, does anyone know?

I just heard it today. Paypal should do the job for any business.

Well, sadly if they won't support PayPal (I'd assume, maybe because they may have higher fees), you're a bit stuck.
