“Enter Bid/Offer” Information Box in GoDaddy's Auction Page

I observed that in the Godaddy's auction page when you search for a specific domain name that you listed for offer/counter-offer selling, it displays, between other things, this domain name, the number of offers and in the “Enter Bid/Offer” tab's box says “Offer $20 or more”. Does it always show this minimum value even if higher offers were made or is it replaced by the value of the highest offer ?

You can set the minimum price that it shows on your domains in their marketplace.

No, it always uses the minimum you set.
