I've set up an eNom account to make a mutually agreed transfer of ownership of a domain name- does the person who currently has my website registered in their name also need to set up an eNom account? I've looked into it and as far as I can make out I have to spend at least $200.00 to transfer a domain name on eNom (www.enomcentral.com) - is this correct? Could anyone let me know how to make an eNom ownership transfer? thanks

To push a domain from 1 enomcentral account to a different enomcentral account is free. You first log in to you account, then go over domains, down to advanced tools and then click on push a name. Then you put in the domain name and what the new account loggin is.
So if you are the one getting the domain, give your account loggin to the person who currently has the domain. Just the account loggin- do not give your password.
I hope this answers your question, if not please let me know!
