Hey did I thank you yet for nothing? I really should, since you have done nothing with my support request (#) for SEVEN days. So just in case I forgot, thanks for nothing! It has not gone unnoted. In fact I have made a large note to remind myself every month as I move more of my domains out of Enom.

Just had my interaction with eNom support in the last days. They were extremely helpful and responsive. Have you called or reminded them by email?

I call each time i jeed help from enom they move faster. They will answer in 1 minute if you need sales but about 40 mims if you need support. God forbid u get disconnected. Its happend to me a few times. They need alot of work in the support department

Contacting eNom for support is like talking to a brick wall. Regardless of how much you spend with them, they really could care less about your support experience.

I really hope it improves soon.

Their support just sucks. I only use them when I buy a domain already regged there, I seriously haven't seen any other reason to use them for 10+ years. Their emails with "great pricing" are fing hilarious, how out of touch can a registrar be...

Contacted them by email in early May, no response.

Opened a ticket on June 1 about the same issue, and it's been 10 days and no response to that either.

Waiting 4 days for response to ticket. Nothing. Mind boggles how they can even call this support...

I just cant believe how much enom has gone down hill. I remember when you used to call them up and someone answered right away and they literally would stay on the phone until your problem was resolved and not just push you to a ticket system where you have to wait a month for a response.

I am quite shocked they don't have a rep here on the forums that would even reply to this thread.

I have been waiting for 50 days to get a reply to my email, and 23 days have passed without anyone responding to my support ticket.

Did Tucows fire the entire customer support team after they bought Enom? It appears they did, because they clearly don't offer any customer support anymore. Tucows spent 83 million to buy Enom, but they can't even afford to employ a few customer support staff...

Stay away from Enom. If you encounter an issue you will NOT get help from customer support (you won't even be able to get in touch with customer support).

Enom finally responded to my ticket, almost 7 weeks after I opened it. That's unacceptably slow, but waiting 7 weeks is better than never getting any help at least...
