Enom support missing in action ???

i have a domain who expire next week at enom,

submitted a support ticket to get it out
here is the problem,

enom retard backoffice don't allow me to change the contact info of my own domain name!!!

the contact info for this domain still show an email address that i don't own anymore(sold a business a few months ago)

and of course i can not get any transfer code from the backoffice

the worst part is that i received ZERO answers by the support
i sent several messages at all their emails i know, and nothing,

why they don't just close this dying business or sell it to someone willing to run it

Yes, a horrible registrar.

I think they also stole whatever low $ amount I had in my account balance.

I finally got my last domain out of there for good.
