Hello,
Unfortunately, I can't release any information on a specific domain. I can say, that should the customer not pay, it will be released back to the registry. The registry is the one that makes the decision to release it to the public. Due to that, I cannot give an accurate date that it will be released, as we do not make that decision.
Thank You

Thanks for that. But in relation to that domain name, if payment is not received from your client, what date will you be releasing it for public registration?
Thanks.

Hello,
Registrars can hold a domain for 5 days, after which, we must release it back to the Registry. Mind you, this is on new domain registrations. If a customer already owned a domain, then the customer has 30 days to renew after the domain has been expired. After that 30 days, some registries will grant a 'redemption' period, allowing further time for the owner to renew, but at an inflated cost. The redemption period can vary from registry to registry.
Thank You

How long does your client have to complete his/her payment and if the client does not complete this payment, do you release it so someone else has an oppertunity to register it?

Hello,
The whois information that you were referring to, is used when we have secured a domain for a customer, but the transaction has yet to be finalized (ie, the payment is still processing). At this time, this domain is fully registered using our ID Protection, and is valid until it's expiration date.
Thank You

Hello,
I am unable to help with this specific issue without a domain name. If you can supply your domain name, we will research this issue further. We'll get back to you once we have that information.
Thank You

"c/o eNom, Inc. on behalf of eNom, Inc. Customer
TBD eNom Customer TBD eNom Customer (

Does this mean that it has been fully registered or are you holding it for a short while as the current registrar has not completed the renewal process as yet? If so, how long would you normally hold the domain name for them before releasing it to public registration?
Or is this a 'Private Registration' and the domain name is fully registered until the renewal date?
Thank you,
Damien.
