I read a transcript from a session on traffic monetization at the ICANN meeting last night. The session went off on a tangent on trademark issues at one point and there was a guy from Enom talking about how they do all they can do avoid trademark issues, particularly typo trademarks.
Enom only has around 100 names listed on their "premium names" auction section, presumably someone has to hand select them. So, in the middle of all that talk, we have being auctioned on Enom right now:

I'm starting to sound like a stuck record, but this business it never going to get any respect while our so-called industry leaders continue to behave this way.
