I realized that there is problem with TM issues after I bought it. Didn't think it mattered.

I contacted Enom about this but havn't recived a reply. Anyone can give me suggestions on what to do with these 2 domains?

I think they gave you a pretty tame response. If I were you, I would either sell the domains surreptitiously to someone who would be willing to hang on to them for traffic or simply offer to surrender them to eNom. It sounds to me like they are being pretty reasonable. Having an eNom ETP forum with eNomer.com may actually be an acceptable use of the domain name.

I have done the lawyer thing before and I didn't get this friendly a response. I think you are going to be okay.

Do companies like that (enom in this case) actually buy those domains that have TM issues or do they just demand you to hand it over free-of-charge to them?

Generally, I think most probably just ask to hand it over. Some may ask you to request it be manually dropped.

Others with an ax to grind, may want you to ask them to pay so they can use it against you in a UDRP case filing as evidence of bad faith.

Agree with 111media. I think it is useless to contact with eNom.

Just thinking out loud again, but why couldn't enomregistrars.com be used for a directory type site listing enom resellers? I would think, in my non-legal opinion, this would be an acceptable use of the domain.

I contacted them and they said that it will include affiliation etc. They don't want me to make money off of thier name..Which makes sense.

Personally, I think you are okay if:

1. You bought it as an eNom fan site.

2. You registered it using eNom of course.

3. You sell eNom services for them.
