Ok, the dev potential is obvious, but where or how in you guy's opinion do I go about getting a huge list of noises?

Sounds, noises, etc.....

any ideas or is it too much? Copyright is an issue also.

I think it's a great idea. A directory of noises. Love the idea but no idea on the execution.... sorry.
