I am interested in a england-based small VPS. (pref. london)
As much space as possible. (I may use it for backup space)
50GB B/W MAX.
64mb ram (more required for cpanel and if windows OS)
I will need 1 dedicated ip,
I will wish to be able to install a ircd.
Any OS. Windows or Linux.
No more than $20/mo. (£10)
Root access.
No control panel. If theres one free, its a bonus. (i'd really like cpanel though to have a testing cpanel addon im working on. nothing dangerous. but i understand no cpanel for windows.)
To be paid via PayPal, monthly or via cheque to UK hosts. 1 day demo wouldn't go a miss to see that it's what I want.
Cheaper the offer, the more likely i will accept. I don't want to pay loads, its just something as the side.
