Hello,
I'm in need of a VPS which will be able to support a site Which I am about to launch.

It is very heavily media orientated so I need a vps which will be able to handle mp3 and flv conversions. Also I need at least 50GB space with CPanel, PHP5 ect.

Finally I would like to be able to pay for it annually.

If you want to keep your budget a little lower, and also I do recommend this myself. Is use DirectAdmin rather than cPanel especially for only a site you'll be using just for yourself.
