(if you don't tick all the boxes, please post offers anyway except IRCd allowed is essential.)

No Control Panel needed. (Would be nice to have directadmin.)
Max 5-10gb space. (less if VPS)
100gb bandwidth.
Full Root ssh.
*Unix OS please.
No management needed.
256-512mb ram.
1 Allowed private IRCd. It will NOT be connected to a big irc network like efnet etc. I have a lot of experience in irc processes. For personal, private use only.

Uptime is ESSENTIAL

Preferred location is London or Maidenhead, will consider others though.
