G'day, i am currently in the process of negotiating a end user deal for a domain in the mid $x,xxx range. There will be three monthly payments making up the deal, and the NS's will be redirected in this time, but the WHOIS not changed until full payment is recieved.

My question is how do i process three Escrow payments without changing WHOIS untill the third payment? Has anyone done a deal like this, and how did you proceed with it?

Should i contact Escrow and see if this is possible, or is there another way. Obviously this type of deal is not ideal, but given the current environment i feel it is unwise to refuse an end user deal in this circumstance.

Any ideas or help appreciated.

Yes, I would contact Escrow directly and see what kind of options they offer. I'm sure they have something in place for "payments". They are pretty easy to work with.

Im doing a deal like this aswell over a longer period.
I own the name but I've allowed him to use the name for the time being whilst he repays the sale price.

The sale price was $2k and he's paying a non-refundable minimum of £25 a week until it is paid off. An element of trust is needed but if you have a strong rep on the forums, buyers are willing to accept these sort of deals. Plus, if he were to stop the payments, you dont loose anything since you own the name :tu:
