I've owned this domain for over fifteen years but I think it's time to find a buyer. Perhaps this means contacting power companies, self-help gurus, religious movements, and the like. On the other hand, perhaps there is somebody here who wants it, or can help. Please contact me to talk, or if you want more information.

Nice domain. If you want to sell it quickly, contact Sedo.com and ask them to put it in one of their auctions. They have monthly auctions which get a bit of interest.

It might be a good idea to park this domain at Sedo.com or Bodis.com for a month or two to know how much advertising revenue it generates before you decide to sell it. I don't think that you would be generating the optimum level of advertising revenue in it's current state.

If I were you, I would consider keeping the domain and parking it properly so that you can get proper advertising revenue for it. This costs nothing.

It's a buyers market at the moment and so it's not the best time to sell. Getting a good price for a domain is about waiting for the right buyer to come along by taking offers on your website and this generally takes years of waiting.

Be careful about contacting potential buyers as you could be seen as a spammer.

Thank you for your thoughtful post. I think I am not going to try to maximize advertising revenue, though. While waiting to find a buyer, I sometimes use the domain for e-mail and other things, and the value of keeping the landing page clean and professional outweighs the value of the ad revenue to me.

Out of curiosity, why do you think it is a buyers' market now? If if so, why do you think this will change?

basically a crappy economy and high supply of domains for sale. IMHO of course.
