Hi there, I could not find a spot to post for technial help and I am grateful that you are all so helpful and was wondering if anyone could assist me with something I'm having trouble with.
I use SBC DSL and host with someone that has CPanel 10 which has been great.
I configure my mail client through outlook express and do my pop and smtp settings like this:
mail.mydomain.com
mail.mydoman.com
I can receive email but cannot send out.
I get this error message:
Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account: 'mail.ptgx.com', Server: 'mail.ptgx.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F
Was just wondering if anyone can help me as my host is no help with this.
