you can find email programs that are free (ex constantcontact), but as your list grows, you will be bumped up to their paying program.

Aweber, getresponse, benchmarkemail... all of them are paid but they are the leaders in industry... you may refer to this page for other options..

There are a few decent free email management campaigns out there..but they don't offer nearly the same features as Aweber or Getresponse - they are industry leaders in email marketing.
