Email forwarding in Cpanel?

How do I forward email for email accounts in Cpanel?
I tried some settings but they did not work properly.

In your cpanel click on "mail", then choose "forwarder" option,
put in the email you want forwarded and where to.

I don't have that option in RVSKin

Then your host may have disabled it

No it is not disabled.I can access it in x theme,but not in RVSkin.
