If you read it thoroughly, the Respondent had a lot of things against him. But
against all odds, he won!
A big factor in the Respondent's win is that the Complainant registered their
trademarks seemingly too late. I'm not really sure how to interpret the events
at USPTO, though.
What happened? This is just for discussion among you guys, BTW, and a good
read for those who know little about UDRP.
