Well, what does the panel think of this domain name that would be used for information on "wifi hotspots"? You know, places like coffee shops, etc. I read a recent PC article saying these "hotspots" will be increasing substantially.
In order to give a fair accessment of the possible price for this domain, please note this snippit taken from a current wireless website:
"Recent international surveys indicated that 84% of respondents would use hotpots if they were available. Gartner figures indicate there are about 9.3 million mobile roamers globally, having shot up from 2.5 million in the year since WiFi technology was introduced. The number of mobile roamers is projected at 130 million by 2007, when the ratio of notebook sales to desktop computers is expected to be 2:1.
Wireless G says these statistics are bound to translate into a demand for a worldwide network of hotspots.
Establishing venues such as hotels, airports and service stations as hotspots will effectively make each venue a telecommunications provider, together forming a new telecommunications network."
Thanks guys and gals!
