'Flat' as it applies to dwellings has no use to the USA .COM namespace; which is where the issue lies with this name.
eFlat.co.uk - that's a pretty good name.
The only time I have ever said 'flat' in that context is when I throw on my British accent and tell my 'mates' to take the 'roundabout' over to my 'flat' for a 'fancy dress party' with the other 'chaffs' in the 'estate'.
Sorry, but Eflat is most commonly used as a musical tone; so if a music store really wanted it the might pay a few hundred dollars. Music stores are usually very small operations unless they are a large national chain.
I wouldn't reg this name for any more than a $20 - $69 dropcatch.
