If you are interested I am selling my edirectory owned licence for $1500usd, that is a massive saving of $700usd

You can see it in action at my Rural Australian Classifieds Website I am not selling the website, just the Licence, Source Code and Full Script, my website will become a normal blog once I will the script, source code and licence is transfered to a buyer.

Why am I selling it?

I have too many websites and my girlfriend would to turn the website into an Rural Australian Blog and no longer be associated with having classifieds, events and so forth and I also wish to commit more time to my other websites and hobbies and personal committments.

All up I paid $2198 USD for this licence only 10 months ago, and I am looking to sell and transfer it as per the edirectory terms and conditions.

This is exactly what I paid for and what the new owner will get.
I paid as follows:

$1499 for the Owned Licence
$500 for the Portal Package and
$199 for the Unbranded Version

Portal Package - includes Events, Classifieds, Articles, Banner Ads, and Zip Proximity search (US/UK data). You can disable modules you do not need, and find other country zip / postcode data easily on the internet.

Unbranded Version
No "powered by eDirectory" link at the bottom of the front and members section.


I have full receipts, permission from edirectory that I can sell and transfer the licence.

Would you be able to give me some feedback about eDirectory? I would be very grateful if you could! I have a client who wants to get a Community Portal/Directory off the ground - she wants all the features in eDirectory (listings, classifieds, events etc), and some more, and we are very interested in the software for its features and overall design and feel. We have exhaustively researched everything that appears available and nothing comes close in our opinion, in spite of many comments to the contrary.

The price is hideous. The after-sales support seems horrendous, judging by the comments we have seen. We would need to customise and add to the program, but no way would we want edirectory to do that themselves. We have read that the program is badly built and awful for programmers to customise and are still waiting to find out more about that (they gave us some info to pass to our PHP programmer).

Can you give us any feedback about the software, please? What's good, what's bad, whether you have had it customised, how you got on with that, who you used? Whether you found any other software that came close. Any feedback at all would be very helpful!

This is no longer for sale, decided to stick with it. Just paid $484 to upgrade it ... wish it was as chgeap and easy as paying for a vbulletin upgrade.
