I would say low to mid $xxx. Potential value is much higher, on a developed site it could be worth tons. Ebay will be around forever.

Yeah, it is a nice name but as soon as you start making money from it you will hear from eBay.

To keep it as "noncommercial", ...what is the point to promote eBay without getting paid?

One can end up paying damages to eBay or legal expenses.
