Ebaychat is not a word, it's two words 'Ebay Chat'. Ebay is a registered tradermark. Even if you were to claim it's one word, ebaychat would still be considered a derivative of eBay.

This domain could easily be developed with out legal issues.
If you dont think so then dont buy it or discourage other people from buying it.

I do agree with the possibility of developing this domain without hitting legal issues, even though the name does contain 'ebay'. It's a shame this turned into a debate rather than a sales thread, but at least bizpro will get a little extra exposure for his sale.

RJ, would you please give any examples of how this domain could be developed with and without hitting legal issues?

I wish to use a paypal*****.com domain (not anti-paypal) but wouldn't want to have any legal problems.

I think big corporations such as Microsoft and Ebay copyright protected their names. So any derivation or combination of it is considered illegal.
