has anyone bought or sold any domains on ebay? is it worthwhile listing your domains there or is it a waste of time?

Most people put their bad domains on ebay, coz on ebay the true value of a domain is really hard to evaluate. You may sell a bad name on a decent price, and you can also sell a nice name cheap and fast. So sell your bad names at least there's no risk and ebay gives you a last chance. :imho:

I have bought one domain on eBay and sold one on eBay... I am actually having an auction for SensationalPoker.com right now...

I don't mind it, but you have to wade through a lot of crap in order to find anything good... and you have to watch out for scams...

My personal feeling is that if the domain is anyways decent, someone might want it, and for the low cost of having an eBay auction it can be worth it. I did notice that I had one watcher after less than an hour after I started the auction, so at least I know that someone is looking for Poker related domains on there...

my $0.02
